Return Policy

In accordance with the legislation in force, the consumer has the right to return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date they were received.

If the customer wishes to return one or more products from the order, they are obliged to send, in advance, a return request through the channel indicated on the website. After confirming the request, the customer will ship the package to the address of the company's return collection point (see at the bottom of the page). The shipping costs for the return are fully borne by the customer.

 

Mandatory conditions for accepting returns

For the return to be accepted, it is necessary that all of the following conditions are cumulatively met:

the product has not been used, opened, damaged or modified and is in a condition that allows its resale;

  • the product is returned sealed, especially in the case of products which, by their nature, may affect health or hygiene;
  • the product and related accessories are returned in the same condition as they were delivered, including with the original intact packaging;
  • the package contains all labels, documents, and materials with which it was originally shipped.


Exceptions to the right of return

According to art. 16 letter e of O.U.G. no. 34/2014, custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, including, but not limited to: invitations, seals, stamps, printed products, engraved products, or other customized products.


Other provisions

  • Unannounced returns are not accepted.
  • Parcels shipped with cash on delivery are not accepted.
  • Returns sent without following the procedure or the mentioned conditions will be refused.


Return processing

Return processing can take up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of the package at the company's premises. The customer is obliged to ensure that the product is shipped correctly and completely to the address of the registered office.

After verifying the integrity and conformity of the package, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently:

  • the value of the returned products will be refunded to the indicated account or
  • if applicable, a new order will be shipped.

For orders paid by card, the amount corresponding to the return will be refunded exclusively to the account used for the transaction.
