For in-stock products, all orders registered on the previous day are prepared and handed over to the courier on the following day.
For orders of seals and wax palletizers, the processing time is up to 7 business days from the moment the order is placed.
The delivery time for parcels depends on the destination address and can vary between 24 and 42 business hours (Monday-Friday).
Wax seals are personalized products and are made to order, therefore:
- Online card payment only is accepted when placing the order.
- Seals cannot be returned.
Any product purchased from artizaar.ro can be paid for either cash on delivery, directly to the courier, bank transfer, or online with any bank card, 100% secured through Shopify Payments.

ARTIZAAR Club is for invitation workshops or resellers of wax seals, colored envelopes, etc. ARTIZAAR Club members benefit from a 5% discount on the base price of wax seals. This discount is cumulative with quantity-based discounts.
