Delivery Terms

Processing and Shipping: Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier on the same working day for orders placed before 12:00 PM or on the next working day.

Transit Time: From the moment the package is picked up, the courier delivers the package within 1-3 working days to your address or to an Easybox.

Exceptional Circumstances: In case of extreme weather conditions (snow, floods, heavy rain, etc.), road blocks, or very busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Holidays), the delivery time may be extended. The maximum legal delivery time, according to current legislation, is 30 days.
